DME Rate Watch is an informational comparison of publicly available state Medicaid fee-schedule files. It is not a Medicaid agency, payer, billing service, legal adviser, or reimbursement guarantee.

Amounts, dates, code status, and source availability may change or contain source or parsing errors. Before billing, purchasing, contracting, or making a coverage decision, confirm the current official file and all applicable policy with the relevant state agency.

Do not submit patient information, protected health information, claims, credentials, or confidential business data. The service is provided as available and may be changed, paused, or discontinued.

Subscriptions

Solo costs USD 19 per month, has no free trial, and renews automatically each month until cancelled. The checkout shows the final amount, including any applicable tax, before payment. Cancellation is self-service through the billing portal and stops the next renewal; access continues through the current paid period.

Solo delivery pauses when payment is past due or unpaid and ends after expiration or a full refund. Unused subscription periods are not refundable except where required by law or approved by the merchant of record under its buyer terms. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes payment, tax, invoices, eligible refunds, and payment disputes. Prices and material renewal changes are shown before they apply.

Account and acceptable use

You are responsible for access to the email address used for the account and for activity performed through its secure links. Do not probe, disrupt, resell, scrape at unreasonable volume, reverse engineer access controls, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict or end access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or material breach.

Service limits

Alerts are a convenience, not a substitute for checking official sources. Email delivery, state websites, and third-party services can be delayed or unavailable. Liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by applicable law; nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

The state agencies and linked sources are not affiliated with or endorsing DME Rate Watch. Source names and links identify the origin of public information.

Changes and support

These terms may change when the product, law, or provider boundary changes. Material subscription changes apply prospectively and are presented before they take effect. Current self-service guidance is available on the Support page or at support@dmeratewatch.com.
