DME Rate Watch stores the email address, selected states, optional HCPCS codes, plan interest, and consent time that you submit. It also stores internal account identifiers, hashed access, session, and unsubscribe tokens, subscription and merchant customer identifiers, email delivery events, and suppression status needed to provide account access, alerts, billing, unsubscribe handling, and failure recovery.

The site records aggregate daily counts for landing views, one qualified explorer-search event per state per browser session, official-source clicks, pricing interest, completed watchlist entries, and browser-day-deduplicated checkout starts. Those event totals do not contain an IP address, cookie identifier, full referrer, patient information, claim data, or customer content.

Strictly necessary first-party cookies keep an authenticated session and prevent repeated checkout clicks from inflating aggregate counts. The checkout-intent cookie contains only the current date and expires after one day. DME Rate Watch does not use advertising cookies or sell behavioral data.

Card details are collected and processed by the checkout provider and are not stored by DME Rate Watch. Transactional email is sent through an email delivery provider. Watchlist information is not sold.

Watchlist data is retained while the service is active or until you remove it. Email suppression records may be retained to honor an unsubscribe, bounce, or complaint. Transaction and subscription records may be retained when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. State source sites and service providers have their own privacy practices.

Use a secure email access link to edit or deactivate your watchlist, or use the unsubscribe link included in monitoring emails. No password is required. See Support or email support@dmeratewatch.com if self-service access is unavailable.
